Cookie policy
What this website stores on your phone or computer, and why. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell this information.
Essential cookies
A sign-in cookie keeps you in your nursery after you log in. Without it, every page would ask you to sign in again. The session cookie is set by the account system when you sign in with email, Google, or X. It expires when you sign out or when the session ends.
These cookies are required for an account. They are not used to follow you around other websites.
Preference cookie
The cookie named wob-theme remembers light or dark mode. It lasts up to a year. If you never use the theme button, we still assume light mode and we do not need to set it.
Saved in the browser, not a cookie
If you choose a plan before you create an account, that choice can sit in session storage until you finish signing up. If you open a referral link, the code can sit in local storage so a later purchase is counted. None of these are sent to advertisers.
What we do not use
No third-party advertising cookies. No social pixels that track you after you leave. The WhatsApp and Facebook buttons only open when you click them. YouTube loads only in Listen together, after you choose a rhyme, and that player is YouTube’s own embed.
How to refuse or delete them
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookie, you will need to log in on every visit. Deleting wob-theme only resets the colour mode. More about account data is in the Privacy Policy.
